Upgrade your drilling setup with the Drilax Diamond Hole Saw Pro Series, engineered for professionals and serious DIY users. This 1-inch diamond hole saw uses vacuum‑brazed diamond technology for consistent cutting performance and long tool life.

Built with a standard 5/8"-11 threaded connection, it mounts securely to most angle grinders. Suitable for wet or dry drilling, it handles hard materials such as concrete, masonry, granite, quartz, porcelain, ceramic tile, brick, cinder block, marble, and stone.

Key features

  • Professional‑grade 1‑inch diamond core hole saw
  • Vacuum‑brazed diamond cutting edge for durability
  • Secure 5/8"-11 threaded arbor for angle grinders
  • Solid alloy steel body to aid heat dissipation
  • 1‑3/8 inch depth of cut for countertops, tile, and masonry surfaces
  • Suitable for wet or dry drilling

Compatible Materials

  • Materials: Quartz, granite, concrete, brick, masonry, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, marble, and slate.
  • Tool Compatibility: Direct mounting on 5/8"-11 threaded angle grinders. Compatible with standard power drills only if used with a separate hex adapter.
  • Note: Not for use on glass, mirrored surfaces, or fragile decorative tiles.

How To Use

  • Angle Grinder Mounting: Thread the hole saw directly onto the 5/8"-11 spindle of your angle grinder. Ensure the connection is tight before operation.
  • Starting the Cut: Start at a 45-degree angle to create a "crescent" notch. This prevents the bit from wandering. Once the groove is established, slowly tilt the tool to a 90-degree angle.
  • You can also cut a guide out of scrap wood. that will hold and guide the tool in place.
  • Operating Technique: Use high RPMs and light, steady pressure. Let the vacuum-brazed diamonds do the cutting; do not force the tool into the material.
  • Heat Management: For deep cuts in stone or masonry, periodically back the bit out of the hole to clear dust and allow the air-cooled side slots to manage heat buildup.

Use Cases

  • Electrical & Data: Ideal for creating clean pass-throughs for conduit, security camera wiring, and electrical cables in stone or tile walls.
  • Plumbing Supply Lines: Perfectly sized for passing 1/2" or 3/4" PEX and copper supply pipes through porcelain tile floors and masonry.
  • Anchor Points: Precision core drilling for heavy-duty mounting bolts and architectural hardware in natural stone or concrete.
  • Kitchen & Bath: Drilling access points for specialized reverse osmosis (RO) faucets or soap dispensers in quartz and granite countertops.
