Free shipping to the contiguous U.S.

We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Our team ships six days a week.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx or one of our logistics partners. Every order includes a tracking number, which we send once your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to addresses outside the United States.

Problems with a delivery

If your tracking shows no progress, or your package arrives damaged, email us at sales@drilax.com with your order number and we will help. See our refund policy for damaged, defective or wrong items.
