The Drilax 10-Piece Tungsten Carbide Micro Drill Bit Set has 10 graduated sizes from 0.6mm to 1.5mm for fine precision drilling. Each bit has a 1/8 inch shank for Dremel and most rotary tools, and a color-coded ring so you can spot the size you need mid-project. Ideal for miniature pinning, jewelry making and circuit board projects.

Benefits

10 Graduated Sizes: 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5mm.

Tungsten Carbide: Sharp, hard micro bits for precise holes.

Color-Coded: Each size has its own colored ring for quick ID.

1/8 Inch Shank: Fits Dremel and most rotary tools.

Key Features

  • 10 Micro Bits: Graduated sizes from 0.6mm to 1.5mm.
  • Tungsten Carbide: Spiral two-flute micro drill bits.
  • Color-Coded Rings: Grab the right size without measuring twice.
  • 1/8 Inch Shank: Fits Dremel and most rotary tools.
  • Storage Case: Clear case holds each bit in place.

Compatible Materials

  • Materials: PCB, fiberglass, plastic, wood and soft metals.
  • Tools: Dremel and most rotary tools with a 1/8 inch collet, plus hand drills and pin vises that take a 1/8 inch shank.

How To Use

  • Insert the Bit: Fit the 1/8 inch shank into your rotary tool or hand drill and tighten it.
  • Go Slow on the Smallest Sizes: Use light pressure and low speed on 0.6–0.8mm bits to prevent breakage.
  • Keep It Straight: Hold the tool square to the work; carbide is hard but brittle and snaps if bent.
  • Clear Chips Often: Lift the bit out regularly to clear debris.

Use Cases

  • Circuit Boards: Drill PCB holes.
  • Miniatures and Models: Pinning and fine holes in models.
  • Jewelry Making: Small holes in jewelry components.
  • Hobby and Small Parts: Precision drilling for small-parts fabrication.
